Job Description
As a Technology Support Engineer, you will work in a fast-paced support environment focused on resolving incidents and ensuring system stability. Your role will involve troubleshooting business system components, implementing change requests, maintaining knowledge base documentation, and collaborating with vendors and service management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build technical knowledge and actively support the team
- Participate in problem-solving discussions
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs)
- Update and maintain knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams
- Continuously learn new technologies and best practices
Education & Skills Required
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
- Strong understanding of desktop operating systems and configurations
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Basic knowledge of network connectivity and networking concepts
- Good communication skills (technical & non-technical)
Additional Information
- 0–2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
- Position is based in Mumbai
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
